Q. From the time of
ordering, how long will it take for my SafeList to
be set up ?
We ask that you allow up to 48 hours for delivery of
your SafeList which is dependant on busy periods,
weekends and holidays. Usually it is provided within
hours of purchasing.
Q. Will you help me
build my safelist?
When you purchase SafeList Hosting with
SafeListDepot we will assist you in promoting your
SafeList as well as adding it to SafeListDepot Auto
Submitter.
This will immediately help you attract new members
and start to have an established list.
Q. Do I write the SafeList
rules for my SafeList?
All Terms of services are provided by SafeListDepot
SafeList Hosting and each member will have to agree
to these terms of service upon joining your
SafeList. SafeListDepot SafeList Hosting reserves
the right to modify these terms of services at our
discretion.
Q. Can I set my own price
for my SafeList?
Yes you can. It is totally up to you how much you
want to charge for membership and this can be set
from your Administration panel.
Q. Do I need to have any
HTML knowledge?
Some HTML knowledge would be an advantage but if you
don't know it, it doesn't matter as we supply a
template for you to use.
Q. Is there a setup fee?
Yes there is a $15.00 one time set up fee. But for a
limited time this is being waived so there will be
NO setup fee at all.
Q. What is the cost of
hosting a SafeList with SafeListDepot?
SafeListDepot offers to different SafeList packages
for you to choose from. Dependant on which you
choose it is $8.95 for the Standard SafeList Hosting
Package or $12.95 for the deluxe Safelist Hosting
Package each being a monthly charge.
Q. Due to circumstances I
can no longer pay the monthly fee. What will happen?
If non payment of monthly SafeList hosting fee is
not made and/or a payment subscription is cancelled,
SafeListDepot SafeList Hosting will then suspend the
account until further communication with the
SafeList owner is established. If we cannot reach
the SafeList owner or the SafeList owner does not
wish to continue with the SafeList, SafeListDepot
will then take possession of the SafeList. If your
hosting fees are paid up and you wish to cancel your
SafeList hosting and move to another hosting
company, you need to provide written communication
to us giving details, we will then provide you the
member database. If the SafeList appears to be or is
not wanted any longer, SafeListDepot reserves the
right to take over the SafeList to manage it or find
another SafeList owner that is willing to take it
over. The Original SafeList owner is responsible for
all refunds, and or promises made to his or her
current members for any transaction and or
communication the SafeList owner received or gave
during the running of the SafeList.
Q. Am I responsible for
paying the affiliate commissions to the SafeList
members?
Yes! You are the SafeList owner and will be
responsible for any fees, commissions to affiliates,
refunds, payment cancellations, payments, that your
members make to you for joining your SafeList.
Q. Is there any incentive
built into the SafeList script for the members to
open the emails?
Our SafeList script can be set up as a Standard or
Points driven SafeList. With the Points driven one,
each member can earn more points on reading other
members emails and clicking on the appropriate link
in the email. Our SafeList script also offers
you the choice of establishing a lottery or contest
for your members. You can make this choice in the
administration area. If you choose to also
have the contest system, then a clickable contest
link will be found in each email sent out by your
members.
Q. I am looking for a
refund for my first month SafeList hosting as I have
decided that running a SafeList is not for me.
SafeListDepot SafeList Hosting does not provide a
refund on your monthly SafeList hosting fee. This is
due to the time and resources involved in setting up
your SafeList. If you are no longer interested in
running your SafeList, please notify us.
If you wish to cancel, make sure
you cancel the payment subscription before the next
payment is due as it will not be refunded.
Q. Will you be available
for help?
You can always depend on SafeListDepot to assist you
with questions or support requests.
Q. What type of
membership plans can I offer my members?
This is your choice, you can offer, monthly, yearly
or lifetime membership subscriptions.
Q. Can I offer Free Pro or
Free Executive memberships to my SafeList?
Yes you can. This can help SafeList owners
build their SafeList quicker by offering a limited
number of Free Pro or Free Executive memberships.
You can set this in the Administration panel.
Q. Ok I am ready to
